• As an Assistant / Junior Associate Producer, you will work closely with the Head of Audio and Video and/or Supervising producer. • Support management of a growing team along with development and production of a diverse slate of digital video, podcasts, social media, documentaries etc. • Handle various administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, maintaining production calendars, and organizing files and documents. • Conduct in-depth research of all kinds, particularly sourcing archival footage. • Help coordinate logistical aspects of production, such as scheduling shoots, booking locations, and organizing equipment. • Support the development of everything from social videos to documentaries and podcasts. • Support project management timelines and workflows, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are delivered.
• Demonstrated passion for journalism, news, and documentary filmmaking, with an interest in exploring underreported stories. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Willingness to take initiative, be adaptable, and tackle new challenges with enthusiasm. • (Basic) Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and/or cinematography, or a desire to learn these, would be great!
