• Responsible for creating and implementing processes, systems, and strategies for recruiting, developing, and managing talent • Oversee entire talent life cycle of full-time and non-full-time staff • Lead end-to-end recruitment process • Develop and implement effective onboarding processes • Manage employment contracts and ensure compliance • Conduct industry research for compensation and benefits benchmarking • Recommend and manage software vendors for talent and benefit management • Collaborate with finance department for accurate payroll processing • Design and implement performance review processes • Streamline and improve talent management processes • Implement initiatives for continuous learning and development • Work closely with executive team to determine future hiring needs
• Experience in leadership role in talent management, recruiting, and HR processes • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build organizational processes for a high-performance culture • Willingness to jump in wherever needed in a scrappy start-up environment
