Description

• Collaborate closely sales, product, and cross-functional teams to build automated communications and processes to drive B2B and B2C sales • Lead-creation with automated communications scaling the amount of discovery calls • Partner with the Director of B2B marketing to send monthly newsletters, conference communications and other relevant large scale email communications. This includes managing our segments and email deliverability. • Take full ownership of the HubSpot CRM and continue to build out the open lead queue, assigning and reassigning leads to make sure our organization is best deployed to win • Identify needs and proactively find solutions to improve processes and tooling to enable business scale, reducing friction and manual work across the business • Manager and support the overall HubSpot administration and system architecture • With the Chief Sales Officer and Chief Commercial Officer, determine the go-to-market strategy for new business, product launches, category/vertical effort, and more • Work closely with research & data teams to pull lists of leads and load them into the CRM • Collaborate with marketing on analyzing lead generation data, and aligning marketing efforts with sales goals, ensuring that marketing campaigns generate qualified leads and contribute to revenue growth

Requirements

• Recent experience in a similar RevOps role, with 5 years+ experience in sales and/or operations • Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing • In-office work at the NYC HQ three days a week minimum
