Description

• Thrive helps individuals improve well-being through AI-powered behavior change technology. • Oversee customer lifecycle, ensuring effective delivery and ongoing support. • Analyze customer data to create business value and improve relationships. • Collaborate with sales team for renewals and expansions. • Share customer insights to influence product management and growth.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or relevant work experience • 5+ years demonstrated success in customer success role, ideally with 2+ at a SaaS technology company • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving and project management skills • Experience using Salesforce, G-Suite, Microsoft products, Zoom • Working knowledge of other data and/or customer management tools like Coda and Looker is a plus
