Requirements

• 3+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally managing a team of quota-carrying sales professionals • Proven track record of leading successful sales teams in a high-growth, fast-paced environment • Prior experience selling iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) solutions is a significant plus • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities with a focus on coaching and mentoring • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives • Ability to operate effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
