• Lead the development and implementation of CRM strategies leveraging Salesforce to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction. • Utilize advanced analytical techniques to gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources, transforming insights into actionable strategies. • Design and build interactive dashboards using Looker, Tableau, or Rill to visualize key performance indicators, track campaign effectiveness, and monitor customer behavior. • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to identify opportunities for CRM optimization and process improvement. • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in CRM and analytics to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in CRM management, with a strong focus on Salesforce administration and customization. • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Rill, with a proven track record of developing sophisticated dashboards and reports. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop team members while driving results in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
