Description

• Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including product demonstrations, proof of concept (POC) setups, and technical presentations. • Collaborate with the RMM sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs. • Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their technical requirements and challenges. • Conduct in-depth technical discussions with clients to ensure a clear understanding of the company’s RMM solutions. • Serve as the technical point of contact for customers during the sales process. • Design and architect RMM solutions that meet customer requirements and integrate with their existing systems. • Work with product management and engineering teams to ensure solutions are feasible and align with product capabilities. • Provide feedback on product features and functionality to the development team based on customer interactions. • Conduct live and virtual product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the RMM solutions. • Develop and deliver training sessions for customers and partners to ensure they are proficient in using the company’s products. • Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, solution briefs, and FAQs. • Assist customers with technical issues during the sales process, working closely with the support team to ensure timely resolution. • Provide post-sales technical support as needed to ensure customer success and satisfaction. • Monitor and respond to technical inquiries from customers and partners. • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align technical strategies with business goals. • Participate in sales meetings, providing technical insights and updates. • Communicate customer feedback and market trends to the product development team. • Manage the Sales RMM MSP Partnership team providing direction, support, and resources they need to perform and grow.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a sales engineering or technical pre-sales role and 1-2 year managing people with a preference for experience in an IT or SaaS environment • Strong understanding of Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) solutions and related technologies. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the demonstrated ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Proven ability to design and architect technical solutions that meet customer requirements. • Experience working in a global environment, with the demonstrated ability to manage relationships across different regions and cultures. • Strong problem-solving skills and the proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues. • Willingness to travel 40% or more to meet with clients and attend industry events.
