Description

• Contribute to the growth and profitability of your assigned sales channel(s) through development and/or implementation of short-term and long-term strategies. • Utilize your expertise in sales and customer experience analytics to gather insights, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement. • Collaborate with marketing, design, production, and eCommerce teams to ensure seamless execution of channel strategies, campaigns, and product launches. • Advocate for testing and learning initiatives, develop strategic plans, and research investments in tools and training that can bolster the company's competitive advantage, analytics capabilities, and overall growth trajectory.

Requirements

• Track record of managing effectively in a remote environment. • Strong understanding of online marketplaces, online consumer behavior, and eCommerce trends. • Creative thinking with the ability to implement product and service enhancements. • Utilization of performance metrics; the creation of statistical evaluation tools is especially helpful. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Experience in delivering formal sales training. • Experience identifying individual gaps in knowledge and performance, and experience developing training to address the gaps. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Bachelor's degree is preferred but we will consider candidates without a degree who demonstrate a track record of sales team development.
