Description
• Foundational member of engineering team involved in end-to-end development on web product features • Opportunity to impact 650k monthly active users spending hundreds of thousands of hours on platform • Variety of tasks across the tech stack: API design, devops, frontend, data engineering, algorithms, AI, startup engineering, analytics • Mentorship of junior software engineers
Requirements
• 8+ years experience building web apps • Ability to write clean simple code for complex problems • Strong systems design and architecture knowledge • Familiarity with software development life cycle, code reviews, testing, team organization • Balancing business concerns with engineering considerations • Quick technology learning ability • Experience mentoring junior engineers and working with multiple stakeholders • Enjoyable to work with
