Description

• Spearhead the development and evolution of the Universal Processing brand for both Chinese and English-speaking markets • Create data-driven marketing plans that span digital, social, search, and influencer channels in all languages represented at Universal Processing • Visualize data, create dashboards, and continuously update them to track brand performance • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across diverse markets • Manage our multilingual brand marketing calendar and craft engaging content briefs • Measure and optimize marketing performance using key metrics and analytics for multilingual campaigns

Requirements

• Fluency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken) is absolutely essential • At least three years of marketing experience, with a focus on brand management in multicultural environments • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Experience in email marketing and content creation • A strategic mindset coupled with exceptional project management skills • Proven ability to develop innovative, engaging marketing programs for diverse audiences • Adaptability and grace under pressure in a fast-paced, international environment • Strong communication skills and a talent for storytelling in both Chinese and English
