Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US at the time of hire. • Fluency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken) is absolutely essential. • 3-5 years experience and a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising, marketing, or related discipline. • Proven understanding of graphic design fundamentals and best practices. • Must be willing to work in a small, entrepreneurial environment. • Must be able to take initiative in all aspects of the job. • Must be comfortable working in a project-based, deadline-driven environment. • Proven ability to develop innovative, engaging digital designs for diverse audiences. • Competent skills in audio and video editing, motion graphics, animation, retouching, and/or illustration. • Experience leading design processes and cross-functional, multilingual teams. • An understanding of how to create ads meant to drive conversions. • Detail-oriented, focused on efficiency and quality. • Strong communication skills and a talent for visual storytelling in both Chinese and English. • Interest in emerging, high-growth industries like payments, fintech, and software.
