Description

• Support strategy, execution, and optimization of paid digital marketing efforts. • Drive high-quality traffic, increase conversions, and effectively scale customer acquisition. • Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights for improvements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compelling ads that align with brand strategy. • Stay up to date with industry trends for improved campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years proven experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns, with a strong track record of driving conversions and ROI. • Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other programmatic channels. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau and campaign management platforms. • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • A growth mindset, adaptable to changing market conditions and emerging technologies.
