Description

• Help to drive all hiring across Engineering, Product, Analytics, Design, and Security • Manage all Technical Recruiters and report to the Head of Talent • Play a critical role in ensuring attraction, assessment, and hiring of top technical talent

Requirements

• 10+ years of tech recruiting experience with most recent 5+ years being in people management • Prior experience working in both a start-up and larger scaled environment • Expertise and exposure in all technical areas with a strong focus on engineering • Strong data and metrics driven mindset
