• The Senior Navigator will act as a primary point of contact for Nomad’s clinicians applying to jobs on Nomad’s transformational jobs marketplace. • Responsible for proactively identifying and recommending job matches to Nomad’s pool of candidates, while sourcing new talent.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a healthcare recruiter, ideally for traveling clinicians (RN and/or Allied) • Proven ability to exceed KPIs and goals in a dynamic and adaptable setting. • Demonstrated experience in proactive talent sourcing and strategic candidate placement • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on balancing company margins, client fulfillment, and candidate satisfaction • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to cater communication style for many audiences appropriately • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks effectively • Able to work cross-functionally across departments • Experience with software tools such as Zendesk, Jira, DialPad, Salesforce, and Looker is a plus • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
