• Selling services to Manufacturing and Engineering companies • Capture technical requirements • Develop proposals • Close business • Develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients • Work closely with internal teams to design effective solutions • Sell Mechanical, Electrical, Design, Embedded, Engineering Analysis, Technical Publications, and other offerings • Support trade shows and marketing activities • Analyze marketing and technology trends • Maintain the pipeline with CRM tool

Requirements

• 10 plus years of experience in a technical sales role • Solution selling experience • Bachelor’s degree • Solid understanding of disciplines across a wide range of business • Ability to read and interpret client requirements, technical specification, and industry standards • Proven track record in the development and closure of sales contracts • Superb persuasion and communication skills • Outstanding writing and presentation skills • Working with offshore delivery teams experience is preferred
