Description

• Responsible for building and maintaining business intelligence solutions. • Leverage data to drive business decisions and identify customer retention and growth opportunities. • Apply methods in data warehousing, data analysis, and data visualization.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant data analytics or business intelligence experience. • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, Finance, Engineering etc.). • Strong proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau or equivalent, cloud data warehouses. • Data model optimization skills to make BI processes more efficient and relevant. • Experience applying advanced analytics, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization as needed to uncover and communicate insights from data. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations, tailoring communications to diverse audiences. • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. • Execute tasks independently, with a strong ability to contextualize business performance. • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. • Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. • Previous startup experience or equivalent preferred.
