Description

• Source and attract candidates by using job boards, databases, social media etc. • Build and manage robust pipeline of clinical candidates • Review and assess applications/profiles to ensure job qualifications are met • Effectively screen candidates to ensure efficient interview to hire ratio • Act as a direct point of contact throughout the interview process and build influential candidate relationships during the process • Present and manage candidate offers • Work directly with Sr. Talent Manager to ensure hiring projections are met • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

Requirements

• 5-8 years of clinical recruiting experience • Bachelor’s Degree or higher • Experience with high-volume hiring needs- embraces the challenge and is a go-getter! • Proven experience as a Sourcer/Recruiter in a fast-paced, high volume environment • Experience recruiting Health Coaches and Registered Dietitians. A plus if you also have experience recruiting Nurse Practitioners, Physicians and Licensed Therapists. • Experience scheduling your own candidate screens • Experience “closing down” candidates • Savvy with platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)- Lever preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong influencing and decision-making skills
