Description

• Partner with senior leaders in Product and Engineering to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals. • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, addressing complex employee relations issues and ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment. • Collaborate with leaders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies for talent acquisition, development, and retention. • Support the business through organizational change, including restructuring, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption. • Ensure compliance with local and international employment laws, regulations, and company policies. • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives. • Work closely with other functional and global HR Business Partners and our Centers of Excellence to ensure cohesive HR practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred. • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on supporting technical and engineering functions. • Proven track record in a global HR business partner role. • Deep understanding of the technology and engineering sectors, including trends, challenges, and best practices. • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders. • Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. • Experience with global HR systems, processes, and compliance. • High level of integrity, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
