• Develop and execute a comprehensive organic social media strategy • Lead the creation of compelling and informative content tailored to consumer/creator and B2B/SaaS audiences • Manage day-to-day activities of Vimeo's LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Facebook channels • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) • Utilize social listening tools • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Stay abreast of the latest tech social media trends • Provide regular reports on performance across social platforms and campaigns • Implement strategies to engage with and grow our community • Facilitate community management across key social channels • Develop employee advocacy program
• 4-6 years of experience in B2B/SaaS social media marketing • Deep understanding of LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Facebook platforms • Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools • Excellent writing and communication skills • Proactive and collaborative team player
