• 6+ years of proven experience in lead generation, growth marketing, or a similar field • Expertise in email marketing with a deep understanding of how to leverage these channels for lead conversion • Strong grasp of self-serve and enterprise SaaS business models • Proficiency in analyzing data to inform campaign optimization and strategy adjustments • Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing • Experience working effectively across teams, building strong relationships and aligning stakeholders towards shared goals • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
