Description
• Develop a compelling product vision that is built on top of a deep, data-driven understanding of the customer. • Translate company strategy into a comprehensive and cohesive identity product strategy. • Build, maintain, and monitor customer identity systems used by our solo users on individual accounts all the way to multinational enterprises. • Roll up your sleeves, dig into the details, create requirements, and drive a steady cadence of improvements. • Set a high bar for success, never accept the status quo, look for every opportunity you can find to innovate. • Manage the execution of initiatives from solution through launch - engaging all the right teams at Vimeo along the way. • Define metrics for success and failure and analyze and create dashboards for key metrics.
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of successfully launching product solutions. • 3+ years of experience building software solutions in the CIAM space. • Strong understanding of CIAM concepts, protocols, and best practices such as OAuth, SAML, RBAC, and multi-factor authentication. • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms, cloud services, and associated IAM capabilities. • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Proven self-starter with a bias for action, who can both execute and strategize, and who is comfortable with ambiguity.
