• Own the full recruitment life cycle • Partner closely with hiring managers • Deep commitment to candidate experience • High detail orientation regarding ATS • Data-informed approach to advise hiring teams • Collaborate with HRBPs, Rewards, and Finance • Work closely with Sr. Global Belonging & Social Enablement Director • Share and absorb knowledge across the Recruiting Team
Requirements
• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience • Passion for technical and hard to fill positions • Sharp eye for resume review • Demonstrated track record of managing candidate funnels • Ability to develop solid relationships • Experience training and mentoring teammates • Comfort with ambiguity • Practiced skills in delivering offers • A dedication to helping build a diverse workforce • Desire to contribute to broader People Team initiatives
