Description

• Lead a development team of 8 • People management and technical leadership • Enable high achieving, cross functional feature teams • Foster an open and collaborative culture • Coach and engineer role

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of leading software engineering teams • 5+ years with modern JavaScript and TypeScript, including frameworks such as React and Redux, Node.js and Express • Web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3 • Unit and integration testing using Jest or Vitest and Testing Library • Cloud development patterns and constraints • Containerized application development with Docker or alternatives • Relational database experience with PostgreSQL • Distributed version control using Git and trunk-based development • Knowledge of agile methodologies, or experience working on a Scrum team • Asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and modern web development • Familiarity with a command line (sh/bash/zsh etc.) • Relational database principles and data modeling • RESTful API design principles, practices, and tooling
