Description

• Lead the HRBP function to ensure effective partnerships with business leaders and alignment with organizational objectives. • Provide leadership and direction to the HRBP team to ensure they deliver high-impact solutions that drive business performance. • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the HRBP team. • In partnership with the Director, People Ops, operate as the HRBP for the North America. • Oversee the design and implementation of incentive and performance-based compensation plans. • Ensure compliance with local and international compensation and benefits regulations. • Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities for HR team members. • Leverage HR data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives. • Develop and implement career growth planning initiatives to support employees in their professional development. • Create and maintain career path frameworks that provide clear progression opportunities for employees. • Develop and implement a comprehensive succession planning strategy to identify and develop future leaders within the organization. • Work with senior leadership to assess talent needs and create development plans for high-potential employees. • Demonstrate a strong understanding of global HR practices and cultural nuances, considering the company's international presence with a focus on North America.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including global HRBP, compensation, and HR Operations. • Industry experience in Ad-Tech or Software. • People or team management experience. • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results. • Strong understanding of global HR practices, employment laws, and regulations. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders. • Experience with HR technology and data analytics. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
