• Vouch seeks a dynamic Portfolio Underwriting Manager to drive profitable growth • Responsible for delivering strategic and tactical portfolio management outcomes • Underwrite complex accounts and collaborate with sales and product teams • Lead and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence
Requirements
• 10+ years of commercial Underwriting experience, with 5+ years of Underwriting Fintech / Financial Institutions Management and Professional Liability Lines • 3+ Years of Experience Managing Underwriting Teams • Understanding of key P&C lines of insurance and desire to learn new lines • Ability to demonstrate a relentless commitment to GWP Growth and Loss Ratio performance • Experience working with actuarial, legal, product development, and compliance teams • Strong leadership and management skills • Proven ability to drive creative and innovative solutions • Experience in delivering complex projects from ideation through execution • Keen ability to prioritize high-impact work • Excellent interpersonal skills
