Description

• Work alongside Treasury to ensure all bank exceptions are resolved in an accurate and timely manner • Own Expensify report processing and system setup, plus respond to expense report-related employee tickets and emails • Handle the issuing, monitoring, and termination of credit cards for store leaders and executives • Set up and monitor all utilities accounts for our retail locations • Assist the team in adding new vendors to Oracle, our ERP system • Support the team with requests from auditors • Work alongside the Accounting team to verify that invoices are recorded accurately in the general ledger • Respond to external vendors and internal stakeholders regarding all invoice and payment inquiries • Help with Accounts Payable-related projects and initiatives as they arise

Requirements

• Equipped with 1+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable position (or a related field) • Proficient in Google Docs, Excel, and Coupa—Oracle is a bonus! • Insanely organized and detail-oriented—color-coded spreadsheets make your heart beat • Super-serious about your work without taking yourself too seriously! • A clear and prompt communicator, both in person and online
