Devise comprehensive strategies on non-social growth channels•Lead day-to-day planning, buying, measuring and optimizing of SEM and Video acquisition efforts•Drive profitable new customer acquisition through conversion-focused influencer partnerships•Monitor, optimize and report on campaign budgets effectively•Own development of high performing, on-brand creative by partnering with Creative•Conduct systematic analyses of campaign performance and landing pages to identify trends•Strategically conduct A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and keywords

Requirements

4+ years of experience in managing digital paid media at an e-commerce company•Proven track record of driving measurable, effective results on paid search and video-based platforms like Youtube and OTT•Utilizes a curious, data-informed, customer-centric lens to develop hypotheses and tests•Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to interpret data, make insight-driven decisions and clearly articulate thought process•Creative thinker with proactive and collaborative problem-solving abilities•Highly adaptable, a continuous learner, and able to stay resilient in a fast-paced startup environment•Strong organizational, project management skills
