Description

• Working in a fast-paced, high energy environment • Providing support to Members in the Wellth program • Taking phone calls, answering emails, and sending text messages • Monitoring Member adherence and alerting medical care teams if needed • Making calls to help non-adherent Members • Representing the company at all times • Providing a high level of service to Members • Making a positive impact in the healthcare field

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills • Ability to simplify information and communicate effectively • Strong time management skills • Positive attitude and sensitivity to member needs • Tech savvy, especially familiarity with Android and iOS mobile technology • Self-motivated and goal-oriented • High degree of professionalism and collaborative attitude • Ability to problem-solve effectively • High degree of attention to detail • Bilingual, English and Spanish is a plus
