• xLongevity is at the forefront of promoting a holistic approach to longevity, disease prevention, and overall well-being. • Seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in the healthcare and wellness sectors. • Market Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities across Europe. • Focus on partnerships with hospitals, clinics, wellness centers, pharmaceutical companies, and healthcare providers. • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the European healthcare and wellness industries. • Act as the primary point of contact for potential clients and partners. • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to the European market. • Collaborate with xLongevity’s internal teams to craft customized solutions that align with specific needs of European clients. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals. • Lead contract negotiations with prospective clients. • Provide regular updates to the management team on sales activities, revenue progress, and market trends specific to Europe. • Represent xLongevity at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities across Europe.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. • A Master’s degree or specialized training in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus. • 7-10 years of proven experience in business development within the European healthcare or wellness sectors, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and another major European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish). • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment. • Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is mandatory. • Willingness to travel across Europe as needed. • Previous experience in business development within Asia is advantageous but not required.
