Description

• You will play an important role in our Marketing and Sales efforts, as the first inhouse Sales Development representative which will build the skillset from the ground-up • You will own the lead-to-sales prospecting process and will follow-up on Inbound leads as they come in • By raising the demand and creating intent to WINT's products and services, you will be our first "line of defense" in front of our prospect and showcase WINT's value proposition to drive business opportunities and help book meetings

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in SaaS SDR position or other, particularly in B2B sales with outstanding results • Proven track-record of exceeding quarterly quota through aggressive hunter-like state-of-mind • Native English speaker – Must! • Technical savvy – can explain complex technical concepts and processes in a clear and simple language • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal (phone & email) • Sufficient system knowledge with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other marketing automation and enrichment tools • Salesforce knowledge is a plus! • Prior experience with content marketing programs and advertising media campaigns – Advantage
