• Senior Growth Marketer role at Maza • Accelerate Maza’s customer acquisition through ownership of select channels • Focus on scaling Maza’s subscriber base through affiliate network, testing new funnels, and lifecycle marketing campaigns • Drive growth through a customer-centric lens • Navigate ambiguity and make an impact on company's growth • Direct impact in taking Maza from Series A to B
• 5+ years of experience in growth or channel marketing, with a track record of project or portfolio ownership • Domain knowledge of a growth channel, preferably adjacent to affiliates, referrals, lifecycle/CRM, or OOH • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, channels, and KPIs such as CPM, CTR, CVR, CAC and LTV • Experience with data-driven decision making and the ability to refine hypotheses & iterate intra-project • Self-sufficient project management, with the ability to lead initiatives and collaborate across teams with minimal oversight • Beginner SQL knowledge, proficiency strongly preferred. If no SQL knowledge, then intermediate Excel and willingness to learn SQL are requirements • Fluent written and spoken Spanish. This individual will be executing campaigns and speaking to external stakeholders (eg affiliates) in Spanish with minimal oversight
