Description

• WMG’s User Experience Team is looking for a Senior iOS Product Designer • Lead the design of direct artist-superfan products and experiences • Collaborate cross-functionally to create intuitive, user-centered digital products • Focus on creating delightful and engaging apps • Contribute to crafting experiences, driving engagement, and establishing design patterns • Lead workshops to align team and stakeholders around vision and approach • Passionate about design systems and accessibility • Proficiency in Figma and other design tools • Solve for user needs through user-centered design principles • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills • Welcome feedback and value diverse perspectives

Requirements

• At least 4 years of proven experience in iOS design, mobile design, Product Design, or UX Design • Strong portfolio showcasing intuitive and impactful app experiences • Proven track record of bringing high-end consumer apps to market • Ability to work independently or on a team • Proficiency in design skills and design thinking • Understanding of design strategy and user problem definition • Strong knowledge of user research and testing methodologies • Collaborative skills across disciplines and stakeholders
