Description

• Solutions Architect at Woflow is a hybrid GTM / product / engineering role, putting you at the front of our customer’s experiences with Woflow and our technology. • You are responsible for ensuring that their experience with our products is impeccable from first demo to post-integration in order to create a successful long-term partnership. • Solutions Architects partner closely with our sales team and leadership to guide prospective customers through the pre-sales process, delivering tailored demos and pilots aimed at achieving customer buy-in. • They scope customer technical requirements, collaborate with GTM on proposals, develop comprehensive onboarding and integration plans, and manage our technical docs. • Solutions Architects leverage their extensive knowledge of Woflow products and their general technical expertise to proactively solve customer pain points. • They are strong relationship builders, excellent project managers, and always fun to work with!

Requirements

• 5+ years experience working as a Solutions Architect or Product Manager launching clients and designing complex solutions for enterprise clients (e.g. technical integrations) • Experience delivering product demos and participating closely in the sales process • Top 10% technical skills, in order to speak with a high degree of technical credibility to represent the our products with stakeholders at every level of the org (from junior developers through to VPs) • Top 1% communication skills, in order to sell, present, align, and inspire across internal and external teams • Startup experience, or track record of shipping products 0 → 1, characterized by unblocking technical issues in the field with customers • Previous experience in a strictly technical role (e.g. software engineer) is highly useful but not required • Hospitality or retail experience — at the end of the day, our customer’s customers are restaurants and retail stores, and understanding how their employees use software (from POS to inventory systems) is invaluable
