• Responsible for effectively managing commercial relationship with current clients • Developing rapport with key decision makers • Identifying upsell opportunities and running the sales process • Negotiating enterprise agreements • Creating advocates for products and assisting clients in finding answers • Collaborating closely with client strategy, research, and data product teams
• at least 5+ years of experience in subscription sales in a fast-paced environment with a short sales-cycle • track record of not only meeting, but exceeding sales goals • successfully introduced a complex product (financial preferred but not required) to new customers • negotiated large and complex agreements • team player motivated by company’s success • excited about the integration of data and financial analysis • high EQ, sensitive to clients’ needs, quick to develop warm client relationships • resourceful, resilient, strong oral and written communication, great questioning skills
