• Corndel is seeking exceptional individuals to join our Operations team as Professional Development Experts (PDEs) to deliver first-class coaching and training for our DevOps Programme.
• To be successful, candidates must have lived industry experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Customise our theoretical course content for each individual learner you support through regular teaching sessions and workshops.
• Support your caseload of learners in completing all Corndel training materials and assessment tasks in a timely manner.
• Ensure that each learner is actively working on their respective qualification, recognises its value, is making progress, and is actively pursuing it as a means of advancing their career.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to support learner progress and ensure client satisfaction.
• Your success will be measured by the number of learners successfully completing the qualification and the satisfaction of each learner and their line manager with the Corndel program.
• Demonstrate a commitment to the values of Corndel and an understanding of the transformative impact of education KPI’s.
