Description
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with 21Shares’ marketing goals and objectives • Manage and maintain social media presence across multiple platforms • Work with external partners to produce partner content, reports, and co-marketing with vendors and other non-contracted industry partners • Measure the success of social media activities using analytical tools and provide reports on ROI and performance metrics to guide future strategies • Identify gaps in our existing messaging and define ways to strengthen our brand and voice • Develop and manage social media campaigns and contests to drive engagement and brand awareness • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with social media policies and guidelines
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field • 2-4 years experience managing Twitter and Linkedin accounts • Must live in the continential United States • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing social media strategies • Excellent content creation and writing skills • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, professional service environment
