Description
• Ensure stability, integrity, and efficient operation of Crypto projects • Coordinate trading, staking, and governance projects • Participate in decentralized governance • Establish and maintain relationships with crypto ecosystem participants • Document crypto asset operations • Ensure operations follow documented procedures • Identify and manage initiatives to improve operational processes • Monitor operational and risk metrics • Work with compliance and legal teams
Requirements
• 3+ years experience working in operations or similar role at a crypto-forward company • 3+ years experience in project management • Demonstrated interest and understanding of Web3, Crypto and Blockchain technologies • Familiarity with Python/SQL/Rust/Solidity or similar • Familiarity with command line tools, modern web technologies, cloud-based infrastructure • High Integrity individual who has an aptness for effectively prioritizing and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills • Ability to work with all levels within the organization • Organized and detail-oriented • Experience managing large projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors (new systems implementations, etc.)
