Description

• Assist account team in managing strategic and creative development, production, and evaluation for campaigns. • Keep cross-functional team updated on campaign development and milestones. • Coordinate administrative activities around campaign development, including timelines and meeting preparations. • Maintain accurate campaign budgets, financial records, and vendor agreements. • Facilitate workflow between clients, partner agencies, and vendors. • Draft and coordinate media marketing and promotional materials for campaigns. • Collaborate to analyze and report on campaign performance and analytics. • Support social media and digital development efforts.

Requirements

• 1+ years of account or project management experience, advertising and marketing experience preferred. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills. • Proven track record of leadership experiences where effective communication and decision-making were shown. • Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). • Passion for social change.
