• Manage the entire sales cycle in new business commercial market segment • Prospect and build pipeline through outbound activities and manage inbound leads • Build a strong point of view on prospective customer business challenges • Leverage strong product knowledge to conduct compelling presentations • Exceed revenue and sales goals while maintaining strong pipeline coverage • Become a trusted advisor to prospects • Collaborate with cross functional partners to enhance customer acquisition • Stay up to date with industry trends and position our solution effectively • Provide a world-class customer experience • Participate in all Tropic cultural activities
• 2-3 years in full-cycle sales at high-growth startups • Track record of high-performance • Experience with selling B2B SaaS products
