• Research and identify potential sources of products that meet Hanso quality, cost, and lead time requirements • Negotiate terms with suppliers to achieve the best possible pricing and delivery times on quotation • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential suppliers • Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Monitor market trends and identify potential new product sources

Requirements

• Previous working experience as a Sourcing Manager • Outstanding negotiation abilities • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills • Team player • Good time-management skills • Great communication, interpersonal and networking skills
