Description

• Responsible for business leadership and account strategy across a dedicated book of business. • Focus on building strong relationships at the executive level with clients. • Collaborate with campaign leads to deliver excellent results. • Cross/upsell solutions and identify growth strategies across your book of business. • Play an active role in strategic account planning and development of key partnerships. • Provide insights to the Product team for new features and enhancements. • Monitor account management tactics across key accounts for growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; 5+ years of account management experience (ideally at the Enterprise level) • Search advertising experience a plus • Strategic thinker who is comfortable using data & insights • Proven winner with experience upselling and growing enterprise accounts • Strong consultative sales skills • Can ask tough, thoughtful questions • Proven ability to set clear and deliverable goals • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment • Able to grasp and solve complex business issues • Self-motivated, proactive team player • Excellent communication skills: collaborating, negotiating, persuading
