Description

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with executives and stakeholders at health systems. • Lead account strategy and execution to ensure client satisfaction and retention. • Serve as the primary point of contact for C-suite and account escalations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Deliver formal business reviews and account readouts. • Provision new users and manage handoffs from pre-sale account executives and technical implementation teams. • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. • Prepare and deliver presentations to executive stakeholders in collaboration with internal reporting and user touchpoints teams, showcasing the value of our solutions. • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs, maintain efficient internal operations, and ultimately drive clinical improvements via our users. • Collaborate with user touchpoint and reporting leads to analyze clinical, financial, and product data to inform subsequent user-facing tactics and to otherwise provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients. • Accountable for overall happiness of the client and, in working closely with Agathos’ product delivery team, its supported users. • Ensure that clients are using the full scope of Agathos solutions to their utmost benefit. • Manage expansion sales opportunities, renewal lifecycle, and contracting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, preferably in the healthcare sector. • Proven track record of working closely with executives in large health systems. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret clinical, financial, and product-level data and translate it into actionable strategies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced start-up environment.
