Description

• Develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies • Review job descriptions and provide feedback • Create and monitor job postings • Conduct candidate screenings and create pipelines • Conduct interviews and verify qualifications • Conduct background and reference checks • Utilize Applicant Tracking System • Stay current on recruitment trends • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • 4+ years of applicable work experience • Prior internship or work experience in Human Resources preferred • Extensive working knowledge of all Microsoft Programs • Extensive working knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems or Applicant Tracking Systems
