Description

• We're looking for a strategic full-cycle Business Recruiter to join our team and support the scaling of our recruiting function. As the second recruiter on our team, you will play a key role in shaping our overall talent strategy, employer brand, compensation strategy, and the success of our recruiting engine. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of recruiting, with a focus on Sales and GTM functions. You will partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and fill open roles. Your efforts will directly contribute to building high-performing teams and supporting Middesk's ambitious growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly within Sales and Go-To-Market functions. • You have a knack for building strong relationships and trust with both candidates and hiring managers, enhancing the overall recruitment process. • You’re ready to dive into any task, no matter how big or small, to effectively manage and support the recruiting function as the second recruiter on our team. • You have an analytical mindset and recognize the importance of tracking metrics to inform and optimize the recruiting process. • You are highly organized, working with a strong sense of urgency, and can quickly prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • You’re enthusiastic about contributing to an in-person candidate experience, thriving in a collaborative office setting in either San Francisco or New York.
