Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment. • Proficient in using LinkedIn and phone for outreach, with a proven track record of booking meetings and generating leads. • Experience with HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a significant advantage. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal abilities. • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excited about the opportunity to build and shape a business development function from the ground up. • Open to future career opportunities in sales or customer success/support.
