Description

• Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines • Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them • Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project • Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple stakeholders are assigned to the same project or program to ensure team actions remain collaborative • Communicating with key stakeholders to keep the project aligned with their goals • Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected • Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change

Requirements

• 2-4 years PM experience in a consulting setting • Willingness to learn in a rapidly moving environment • Results-oriented, able to be accountable for tasks and achieve objectives with minimal guidance • Ability to handle multiple priorities • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills, including experience with project management tools • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Ability to work well both individually and within a team • Comfort in working in a small company atmosphere at a fast pace • Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without limitation
