Description

• Handle incoming customer questions and concerns via email and our Hubspot support portal. • Interface with internal sales and customer success teams to ensure pilots and existing customers are supported. • Work with the engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions. • Use Notion and other tools to manage internal processes and information.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to distill solutions from many sources of information. • Experience working in a customer service role. • Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
