Description
• We are seeking a Director, Internal Communications at Apogee. • This individual will be responsible for planning, developing, leading and executing a comprehensive internal communication strategy that fosters engagement, alignment and connection across Apogee, a rapidly growing, primarily remote organization. • As Director of Internal Communications, you will play a critical role enhancing the employee experience, driving organizational culture and aligning communication efforts with Apogee’s strategy.
Requirements
• A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Communications, with a proven track record of developing and executing strategic communication plans • Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry required • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor message to appropriate audience • Able to navigate ambiguity and has a high sense of urgency • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, collaborate effectively with and influence cross-functional stakeholders • Proactive, detail-oriented, critical thinker • Ability to manage multiple projects with aggressive timelines and changing priorities • Successfully exhibit Apogee’s C.O.R.E. values • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% (approximately 3-6 times per year for company meetings)
