Description
• Understand all aspects of contract requirements and communicate this understanding to staff. • Train staff in program responsibilities, processes and procedures, and ensure that all staff meets contract requirements in their daily work. • Work with staff to set realistic weekly and monthly performance targets in accordance with contract requirements. • Coordinate and supervise all day-to-day activities of direct reporting staff.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) and two (2) years of applicable experience • or, Licensed Master’s Degree in Social Work (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and one (1) years of applicable experience
