Description

• The Program Manager is a key role within Finance and Operations, working alongside a variety of departments on highly visible, complex, strategic initiatives and driving end-to-end, cross functional program management. • You will help lead the top initiatives/programs for the company (e.g. internal transformations, new major products, new offerings, changes to current offerings). • You will also be expected to report program progress to executives and stakeholders. • You will help maintain documentation relating to programs, offer best practices, establish and track metrics, offer and/or organize trainings.

Requirements

• A program manager with 5+ years of experience • A college degree, preferably with a degree in a business or quantitative field, MBA preferred • Excited about MongoDB’s mission and core database technology • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Background working on cross-functional teams • Demonstrated skills at building strong working relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels; has passion and convictions and the innate ability to inspire passion in others • Demonstrated comfort working closely with executives • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple programs/priorities • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous, deadline-oriented, and rapidly changing work environment • Demonstrable analytical skills using data to derive actionable insights and drive decisions in a business environment • Trained in working with program tracking software (e.g. JIRA, Monday, MS program) • Experience working with Salesforce/Netsuite/CPQ (preferred)
